We all know that a good night’s sleep is critical to maintaining good mental and physical health but do care practices support good sleep? This program will provide a review of recent research and the harm caused by sleep interruptions as well as regulatory requirements and care planning tools. Director of Nursing Shawn Reed will share how Cypress Point is changing their care practices to support residents’ getting a good nights’ sleep.
