“Exploring the History of the Culture Change Movement and the Role We All Play”
Presented by Joan Devine, R.N., B.S.N., M.M.
Have you ever wondered just how the LTC culture change movement began? Have you wondered what some of the foundational elements of this journey are and how they came to be? Well, in this session, we will explore together the history of the culture change movement as we know it. We will look at the values and principles of the movement and how they shape our personal and organizational journeys. We will explore how to set the stage for change through the language we use and then look at some of the core practices that have helped individuals and organizations along their journey.
